Refund Policy

At VARCCI, every piece is designed to represent presence, precision, and identity. If your order does not meet expectations, refund requests may be made under the following conditions.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging and condition.
• Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for refund.

• Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
